20 years ago was born the festival Culture and Economy If all the ports of the world… After three editions (1997, 1999, 2001) which made it possible to validate the concept, it became a permanent network thus establishing links between Europe (Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Italy, Spain, France), Asia (India, Japan), Africa (Ivory Coast) and North America (Quebec) thanks to concrete actions such as artistic workshops, shows, cinematographic partnerships (Japanese Film Week), literary partnerships (Amazing travellers) and sports partnerships (Route du rhum), but also the organization of speed networking, economic and scientific conferences, Summer School and Master Class…

All this constitutes a beautiful history where economy, culture and friendship are mixed. But as time went by, Loïc Frémont decided to put an end to his functions as Executive Vice-President of the network he created. This year’s General Assembly will focus on the network’s 20th anniversary and define its objectives for the future.
